Can I use my grant card with Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Adding a grant card to your phone's wallet so you can tap to pay in person.

💡 Yes. Add your grant card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet using its card details, verify with the one-time code, and you can tap to pay in person, within the same limits as online.

Add your grant card to your wallet

  1. Open Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and choose to add a card.

  2. Enter your grant card's number, expiration date, and CVV from the card grant page.

  3. When prompted, confirm it with the one-time passcode (OTP) that's sent to you.

  4. Once it's verified, your grant card is ready to tap to pay.

The same limits still apply

Tapping to pay uses the same grant card, so the program's rules don't change. You can still only pay at allowed merchants, up to your remaining balance. A tap at a merchant that isn't allowed will decline, just like online.

One-time-use grants

If your grant is one-time use, it covers a single purchase whether you tap or pay online, and then the card stops working.
